Clarity Ops Engine provides operational consulting services including: Snapshot diagnostic sessions, Clarity Map development, Systems Map design, and selective fractional COO engagements.

All services are provided on a limited, selective basis. Clarity Ops Engine reserves the right to decline service to any prospective client at any time.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, methodologies, frameworks (including the Clarity Map™ and Systems Map), and intellectual property provided by Clarity Ops Engine remain our property. Upon full payment, you receive a license to use deliverables created specifically for your business for internal business purposes only.

4. Limitations and Disclaimers

Clarity Ops Engine provides strategic guidance and operational design. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or operational results. Our services focus on design and strategy—we do not build systems, implement tools, provide ongoing execution support (except in selective fractional COO engagements), or manage your team or operations.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clarity Ops Engine shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities; or damages exceeding the amount paid for services.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
